INTEGRITY PROGRAM

The Integrity and Compliance Program of Randon Companies (ID Randon) represents the continuity
of the process of evolution on corporate governance of the companies, strengthening our values and principles to our
future challenges.

To act with the commitment of using the Code of Ethics as a guidebook and according to its content and guidelines, Randon Companies are in charge of taking to the responsible bodies every situation that may cause damage to its business, employees and other publics of interest. That is we have an Ethics Channel.

This Channel has the objective of receiving internal and external demands, including those anonymous, that deal with situations that are not in accordance with the ethics and guidelines of Randon Companies.
